In order to raise $1,000 net (the amount of money that your group keeps from the fundraiser), your group would have to sell the following number of items . . .
4000 - 50¢ Candy Bars (at 50% profit)
2000 - $1.00 Candy Bars (at 50% profit)
250 - Catalog/Brochure Items (at 50% profit with an average cost of $8 per item)
250 - Pails of Cookie Dough (at 40% profit with an average of $10 per pail)
200 - "Other" Discount Cards (at 50% Profit)
400 - Candles or Any Other $5 Item (at 50% profit)
12+ - "Scratch-Off" Cards (at 100 spots per card which will net $80 per card)
(That's over 1,200 "scratches" your group would need to sell!)
